Fortunately, as I became more familiar with the \u201carchitecture\u201d of your template, along with referring to your \u201cFormatting Complex Pleadings in Microsoft Word\u201d whenever I encountered some difficulty, I was able to timely file a very nicely formatted Answer Brief. In a business world where, after purchasing a product or service, the buyer is often left to his or her own resources if any questions or difficulties arise, it is good to find people like you.<\/p><\/div>
I attended my first [Affinity] Bootcamp shortly after the Firm purchased CaseAware – it was awesome and inspiring. This is about the fifth or sixth different MS Word program that I have participated in since this member benefit began. This Affinity Consulting arrangement (with associated programs) for the benefit of members is the greatest member benefit the [Colorado Bar Association] has initiated since I joined the bar association in 1973! And the MS Word programs are the greatest and most essential skill maintenance\/update training for lawyers and staff.<\/p><\/div>

My experience with Affinity thus far as been limited, however, it has been excellent! I first sat in on a couple of trainings that Mr. Henley did at a small firm conference I attended and he was amazing. I never knew what all Microsoft Word could do! Our firm has Hot Docs but it was not being used to its fullest extent. My boss sent us to the 2 day hot docs training. It was overwhelming because it was so much information, but was very helpful and has helped our office become more efficient. The people who taught the classes were great and you could tell that they love their jobs and that they definitely know what they are doing! We even had some issues upgrading our Hot Docs version and Mr. Henley and his team went above and beyond to help us get them straightened out and made my job a lot easier!<\/p><\/div>
