Early in her career, Yvette worked as a customer service representative for retail and municipal services, which has influenced her client interactions. She entered the default servicing industry 10 years ago as a software analyst and Perfect Practice case management administrator for a firm in Texas. Yvette moved 5 years ago to New York, and worked as a case management administrator for Time Matters and CaseAware at a law firm.
Yvette’s work superpower is using her magic wand to solve clients’ needs while making it look easy. Her favorite part about working at Affinity is feeling she made clients’ life better by building solutions for them.
Yvette is based in Albany, NY where she lives with her two cats. When not working, she enjoys cooking, reading, streaming sci-fi and horror movies and gaming.
