Wray manages Affinity’s client service team and assists our tremendous CST members with their escalation questions. She offers support to our clients migrating or upgrading their software, and assists in internal support and on-boarding conversations. Wray’s background includes both German language and literature teaching experience, as well as roles as a study abroad residential advisor and instructor. She transitioned to IT post-graduate studies, working with internet service providers, before joining an outsourced help desk. Wray then returned to teaching and training at a service industry scheduling and billing software company, where she installed, implemented, and trained small business owners in the use of software.
Wray describes her superpower as “knowing that I don’t know all the answers, but that I do know where and how to start looking.” Helping our clients find and eliminate a pain point in their day is her favorite part of her job.
Wray loves spending time at home with her husband, three sons, and their family dog. Her favorite leisure activities are decidedly low tech: gardening, backyard bonfires, and reading non-fiction.
