Ted works on three teams at Affinity: document management, default services, and practice management. He works with our customers to provide support and solutions in many areas. Prior to joining the Affinity family, Ted worked in the hospitality industry in management and marketing roles. Next, he began working for the Burger King Corporation, occupying roles in both accounting and IT. In addition, he also worked at a technology company as an implementation consultant, and served a couple of nonprofit organizations in various accounting and investment roles before moving into management role at a law firm specializing in default services.
Ted’s superpower is “customer whispering.” Working with customers, especially in challenging situations, and working towards resolution is his favorite part of his job.
Ted loves to spend time with his family, especially while on vacations and away from work. They love spending time together, enjoying the outdoors and beautiful landscapes of their state of Colorado. They have developed strong relationships with family and friends, and enjoy spending time with them during social gatherings as much as possible.
