As a Project Coordinator, Crystal facilitates project scheduling, communication, resource management, documentation, and support to ensure successful project execution. She has worked as a paralegal for years prior to turning her focus to legal tech and allowing her legal expertise fully merge with her inner computer nerd and embracing the view from outside of the law firm looking in. In previous roles, Crystal discovered that she thrived when managing all of the moving pieces of project toward a successful and timely conclusion.
Crystal’s work related superpower is problem solving. Whether it be by identifying an issue and solution herself or assisting another by helping them drill down to the core of a problem or seeking a solution to an issue they are experiencing, that is where she excels. Her favorite part of her job is the variety, as there is never downtime or monotony with all the projects she manages.
Outside of work, Crystal can usually be found playing with her two dogs, Fred and Marjorie, playing video games, crocheting, building Lego, and/or listening to Taylor Swift. If she is not doing one of these things, she is spending time with her nephews and niece at some sporting event or another cheering them on from the sidelines.
