As a part of the Enterprise Consulting team, Adam focuses on building out Affinity’s Information Governance Offering working with clients on advancing their data security as well as retention processes. His career started in the Operations Leadership Development Program with Raytheon Technologies, working through multiple organizations and sites on operations teams with roles ranging from Production Supervisor to Digital Transformation Lead. After he left Raytheon, Adam worked in the insurance world as a Claims Adjuster as well as a Public Adjuster, before coming to Affinity.
Adam’s work superpower is breaking down processes and digital transformation. His favorite part about working at Affinity is being part of a new team involved in creating a new offering.
Adam’s life outside of works revolves around physical activities and being with friends. He enjoys pickle-ball, golf, disc golf and CrossFit. He also enjoys traveling with friends whether that be an annual golf trip or going to the Super Bowl.
