Lydia helps law firms implement their selected software(s), and is a trusted advisor on process optimization using technology. She always strives to look at the full-scope of a firms needs in order to deliver custom solutions for each client. Her career journey began in Marketing and Branding for a major beverage company, and Operations and Client Services for a leading travel company prior to pivoting to the legal industry in 2018. Lydia began her legal experience as a Client Coordinator at a boutique family law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her most recent role prior to joining Affinity Consulting Group was as a Legal Chief of Staff, managing the people, processes, and technology of the firm.
Lydia’s work-related superpower is quickly identifying and automating inefficient processes and leveraging technology so that people are free to do the creative work they do best. Her favorite part of working at Affinity is being able to provide clients with custom solutions for the unique issues they face in their firm.
Lydia lives in Phoenix, Arizona. She spends as much time as possible traveling, seeing the ocean, and experiencing new food and cultures. She is also a huge fan of Women’s Sports
