As Affinity’s Sales Leader, Misha creates sales strategy, guiding the Revenue Operations team through processes and client interactions, removing barriers to their best work and ensuring goals are attained and exceeded! She arrived at Affinity after 10 years in sales and 6 years of sales leadership. Misha has built out sales organizations from the ground up at 3 previous organizations, all of them have gone on to be acquired or remain very high performing. She also has a passion for strategy, client centric sales processes and empowering career growth for the team. Affinity brought the excitement of being creative with the department!
Misha’s work related superpower is creative thinking. She loves getting deep into a problem and identifying solutions. Her favorite part about working at Affinity is empowering the team to bring their best work to the table every day.
When she is not at work, Misha is busy with her loving 4 children. She enjoys good books, great TV, coffee and the outdoors. She is part of a busy family and loves every moment of it.
