Sam joins Affinity as Default Services Consultant, providing case management, data, and automation solutions and support. In 2016, he started working full-time at a default law firm with one foot in default operations and one in billing/accounting. As his focus moved entirely to billing, his instinct for process improvement kicked in. When Sam learned of SQL and its power in CaseAware, he immediately wanted to learn and leverage it. After overhauling and partially automating billing, he eventually became the primary CaseAware administrator and went on to learn Python and build automations.
Sam’s favorite part about working at Affinity is being able to problem-solve and code his way to solutions, whether it be with SQL or Python.
