Alex’s pivotal role at Affinity involves assisting other team members with managing the resolution of support inquiries from our clients, constant communication with clients via email/phone call for resolving software issues, problem-solving, and asking the right questions. Alex graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He received a Paralegal Certificate from Milwaukee Area Technical College, then worked as a paralegal for 4 years in the areas of real estate, creditors’ rights, personal bankruptcy, and related matters. Prior to joining Affinity in 2016, Alex worked as a legal software consultant with Solfecta.
Alex describes his superpower as “action!” “There is no better time than the present,” he says. Teaching new software/tech information to a client and making a positive change in their work day is his favorite part of his job.
Sure, Alex loves a good book, a good cup of coffee, and good weather, but he’s also dedicated to cheering on his Green Bay Packers season in and season out. Just make sure there are M&M’s around, regardless of what’s going on in the day!
