Cindy’s role at Affinity involves training firms on various products; discovery, workflow and process analysis for firms looking to switch software; technical support; and software demonstrations. She is also an implementation specialist for practice management and time, billing and accounting. Cindy started working in a law firm in 1986 right out of college, performing real estate closings. In 1994, she became a firm administrator, focusing on billing and accounting. In 1996, Cindy’s firm implemented Amicus and PCLaw, and she loved the technology so much that she left the firm in 1997 to become a consultant. Cindy started her own company in 2002, and then merged with Affinity’s Steve Best and Debbie Foster in 2010.
Cindy’s superpower is working with numbers. “I love the financial side of a law firm,” she says. Helping clients find answers to their questions and solve their problems is her favorite part of her job.
Cindy and her husband enjoy traveling and attending Jimmy Buffett concerts with friends. They also volunteer their time to many charities, especially their local Meals of Hope food bank. They are very active in the Naples Parrotheads group, and they foster kittens – 30 so far!
