Russell provides consulting, training, and support for NetDocuments document management system implementations. He began working in technical support at NetDocuments in 2010. He gradually assumed the management of their support website and knowledgebase resources. After completing a degree in instructional design, Russell transitioned into a position overseeing the training and support for the NetDocuments partner network, which he did for two years. Since joining Affinity in 2018, Russell has been using his expertise of NetDocuments to provide consulting and training to law firms and corporate legal departments.
In describing his superpower, Russell says, “I am the ‘easy button.'” Making people’s work experience better through proper application and deployment of technology is his favorite part of his job.
Russell is the proud father of two girls. He enjoys reading, hiking, canoeing, and road trips. He is an enthusiast for LEGO, Land Rovers, bagpipes, cognitive psychology, politics, policy, and United States history.
